Jeff Masters serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Laser Options, Inc. Masters has defined himself as a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. Laser Options has grown substantially under his authority – we can only expect him to continue to drive the company’s development and guide it toward long-term success.
Prior to joining the Flex Technology Group team, Masters served as Vice President at Hughes-Calihan / Konica Minolta for over 25 years.
Outside of the industry, Masters served several years on the YMCA Board of Managers – a dedicated community of leaders who assist the YMCA in developing their long-term strategic plan.

Executive Vice President of Sales
Karl Lillie joined the Flex Technology Group team in 2008. With almost 30 years of leadership experience, he has since grown into his role of Vice President at Laser Options. Lillie remains focused on expense reduction, visibility, and accountability.
Before joining the Flex Technology Group team, Lillie held leadership positions at Konica Minolta, Xerox, and Future Digital Imaging where he further developed his expertise in the industry.

Vice President of Technical Services
Mr. Mike Martos joined the Flex Technology Group team in October 2016 as Vice President of Technical Services. Mike brings over 32 years of technical services experience, providing leadership that elevate customer experiences. He will be leading our national service team, ensuring that quality of service continues to be differentiator for Laser Options. Mike has executive ownership of leading and developing a geographically disbursed technical team who are passionate about offering outstanding service. His expertise will help Laser Options to continuously innovate and improve our service offerings, internal processes, and workflow to enhance end-user experiences and drive improved results.
Prior to joining Flex Technology Group, Mike held several executive-level positions with Chicago Office Technology Group, AOE, and Danka, where he provided service leadership and direction for implementations, installations, and service support along with driving high levels of customer service. While at Chicago Office Technology Group, Mike held a secondary role with the parent company Global Xerox as GIS VP of Service Employee Development. This role included development of GIS Technical Service Trainers, Leadership Development with the first and second level Service Managers and consisted of training seminars across the US based on Regional Service needs. Mike also served on the GIS Service Leadership committee.
